The meeting link is never public: it is delivered with the ticket.

Several ticket categories, a live check-in counter on the day.

A guided tour, a hike, a group outing: one ticket per seat.

How it works
Three steps, from draft to the door.
Create the event
In person or online, date, venue or meeting link, then your ticket categories with their price and seats.
Publish and share
Your event page shows the date, the venue and the seats left. Share its address on WhatsApp and social media.
On the day, scan
Open the check-in page on your phone and scan tickets at the door. A ticket only goes through once.
What the buyer gets
They pay by Mobile Money and get their seats right away.
An email with the tickets
Each ticket has its QR code, attached and on its page.
One page per ticket, transferable
Whoever has the link has the seat: the buyer sends each ticket to whoever they want.
The meeting link on the ticket
For an online event, the ticket shows the link to join the session.
Up to 10 seats per order
Three seats bought make three tickets, each with its own code.
On the day
Your door staff check people in without a Kivoo account.
A check-in page
On your-name.kivoo.co/controle/…, scan with the camera or look a ticket up by hand.
A live check-in counter
You see who is in, and a second pass shows the time of the first.
A link you can revoke
The check-in link is revoked in one click and expires on its own after the event.
