As soon as the payment is confirmed, the buyer gets an email with a download link valid for two hours, then finds the files any time in their My purchases space. Your files are stored privately and are never accessible without a purchase; only the free preview of a PDF’s first pages is public, if you turn it on.

You create your event with its ticket categories (Standard, VIP…) and their number of seats. Each ticket leaves by email with its QR code. On the day, your door staff open the check-in link on their phone, without a Kivoo account, and scan the tickets: a ticket gets in only once per event day.

To get paid without selling a catalogue product: a deposit, a membership fee, a service, a free contribution. You set an amount or let the buyer choose above a minimum, share the short address on WhatsApp, and every payment becomes a sale in your store.

No, there is nothing to create: they give their name and email (or their phone number for a payment link), pay, and get what they bought right away.

For every paid sale, you get an email and a notification in your dashboard, and a text message if you turn it on in your preferences. You can also receive a weekly report of your week every Monday.

Nothing to open your store, no subscription: Kivoo keeps a commission on each paid sale, and nothing else. The rate and a simulator are on the Pricing page.

Every paid sale feeds your store balance, commission deducted. You request a payout from your dashboard whenever you want; Kivoo adds no payout fee.

Without a password: with a code sent by email, or with your Google, Facebook or X account.

Yes. Invite members by email with a role: Admin (manages everything except what is reserved for the owner), Marketing (products, sales and buyers) or Support (read only). Their actions appear in the store’s activity log.
