How the commission works
The commission is the only amount Kivoo keeps; Mobile Money operator fees are separate.
Taken when the sale is paid
As soon as a sale is paid, Kivoo keeps its commission and the rest is credited to your balance. Every amount is visible in your dashboard.
A rate frozen on each order
The rate applied is the one in force when the payment is made: it is written on the order and never changes afterwards.
No other fees from Kivoo
No subscription, no setup fee, no payout fee charged by Kivoo. If you don’t sell, you don’t pay.
Operator fees stay with the provider
Any Mobile Money operator fees (MTN MoMo, Orange Money) are set and collected by the payment provider, not by Kivoo.
